1. About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the WisePath UK advisory services operated by NEW SIGHT LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our"). By engaging our services or submitting an enquiry through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Our Services

WisePath UK provides UK education advisory and student case support services. Our services include guidance on UK university applications, academic appeal procedures, conditional offer support, language requirement planning, and related advisory services ("Services").

We do not provide legal advice. Our services are advisory in nature. We help you understand procedures, regulations and options, and support you in preparing submissions and communications. Final decisions on admissions, appeals, and academic matters are made solely by the relevant universities and institutions.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from any university application, academic appeal, or other advisory engagement. University decisions are made independently by the institutions based on their criteria. We will advise you honestly on the realistic prospects of your case and will not make promises we cannot keep.

Outcome descriptions on our website or in our communications are illustrative examples and do not constitute a guarantee of any particular result.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. You must promptly inform us of any changes to your circumstances that may be relevant to our advisory engagement.

You remain responsible for your own communications with universities and institutions. We provide advisory support and guidance — the actions and submissions remain your responsibility.

5. Confidentiality

We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal information or case details to any third party except as required by law or as set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All advisory materials, guidance documents and frameworks provided by WisePath UK are for your personal use in connection with the advisory engagement. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercialise these materials without our written consent.

7. Fees and Payment

Our advisory fees and payment terms will be agreed in writing before the commencement of any paid engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms are as set out in our engagement confirmation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WisePath UK and NEW SIGHT LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or the outcome of any university or academic matter.

Our total liability in connection with any advisory engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that engagement.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an advisory engagement by providing written notice. Upon termination, fees for work already completed are payable, and any fees paid in advance for unfinished work will be refunded.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on our website with an updated revision date.
